Weekly Chapter Review Response assignment

Pepper will pose a question for students to review and respond to at the end of each week. Students will draw from their notes and texts from where we left off prior to Test #2/5 (last 1/2 of Ancient Egyptian) to 1/2 Ancient Greece for Chapter Review Response #1/3. 

TUE MAR 31 @ 6 PM
- DUE Chapter Review Response #1/3 by 6PM sent to jpepper@cazenovia.edu. Word.doc, PDF, or may be embedded directly into the body of your email. Your responses need to be double spaced and minimum of 300 words.
Question #1/5:
> Please explain the similarities and differences found in the techniques of painting between the Ancient Egyptians and the Ancient Greeks.  

 Be as thorough as possible. 

 Include in your essay where did the paints come from? How were they made? How were they applied? And, to what substrates? Your responses should include information from our text readings, in the supplementary YouTube links and other source materials I have uploaded to the blog. Bring in three image examples from our text (minimum). Work cited info to also be included. Include a WORD  COUNT at the bottom of your information.
Students will respond in narrative form, 300 words minimum.

Your Ideals need to speak of three of the following:
Myth
Religion / belief system
Politics / Government
Everyday life  
(Your examples should differ through the various ideals posted here.)

Bring in examples from our text and/or blog with complete details and how the object you have selected is an excellent example of the different ideals you are speaking of.
